The festival exhibition is free for everyone.
The exhibition is on daily between 18 and 22. First opening day is February 13th, last opening day is February 22nd.
We present an immersive exhibition of artworks presented in the nature of Geiranger.
Brasserie Posten, Café Olé, Norsk Fjordsenter and Hotel Union Geiranger are great places to eat. Please check their home pages for menus and opening hours. Joker Geiranger does also offer a small café section.
There are both hotel and cabins in the village, f.ex Hotel Union and Vinje Camping. Please contact tourist information for other options, email booking@visitgeiranger.com
- With boat along the fjord from Ålesund: www.visitgeiranger.com/vinter-fjord-cruise
- With car: From Ålesund, keep on the E39 until right after Sjøholt centre, then take off towards Geiranger and the national road 650. After some time, you will arrive at the ferry quay of Linge, where you take the ferry crossing to Eidsdal. Follow the road up through the valley (national road. 63), and in about 30 minutes you will be in Geiranger.

- Bus and/or train: Åndalsnes is the nearest railway station, from there you can take a bus. Change bus at Sjøholt towards Geiranger.

Most of the exhibition is accessible with wheelchair, only the artwork in the waterfall (Det som lever i fjellet) is not. It can partly be seen from the main road (FV 63) though.
The exhibition is mainly outdoor, so dress according to the weather. 2-3 artworks are indoor. The route is approx. 2 km long.
If you walk the whole route, it is approx. 2 km. We recommend walking, but it is also possible to drive between most of the artworks.
